These terms cover your use of penciledger.com and your purchases from Pencil Ledger, operated by Full Coverage LLC, Indianapolis, Indiana. By placing an order, you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain English on purpose.

Orders & payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required by law.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• We may cancel and refund an order if we are unable to fulfill it — you'll hear from us if that happens.

Delivery & refunds

Delivery terms are on the delivery page. Because these are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download link is sent — but if something is broken or not as described, our refund policy applies: email us and we'll fix it or refund you.

The product

Our products are digital Google Sheets (and Excel) templates sold as-is for personal productivity use. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, tax, legal, or professional advice of any kind. For tax guidance, consult a qualified tax professional.

License

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use and copy the template for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template — in whole or in part — to others.

• The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise perfection.

Liability & disputes

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase in question. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana.
