Refund policy
Digital products can't be returned once the download link is delivered, but if something's wrong we'll make it right — here's exactly how.
All sales are final once delivered
Because the download link is sent instantly and the template can be duplicated the moment you open it, we cannot accept change-of-mind refunds after delivery. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing — we've tried to be specific about exactly what is included.
Something wrong? We'll make it right.
If the template is broken, incomplete, or meaningfully different from what was described, email hello@penciledger.com with your order email and a brief description of the problem. We will fix it, replace it with a corrected version, or issue a full refund — your choice. There is no runaround and no need to prove anything beyond a reasonable description of the issue.
Download link problems
If your link expired or never arrived, that is not a reason to lose your purchase — email us and we'll send a fresh one immediately. This is not a refund situation; it's just a resend.
A few practical notes
- Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order quickly.
- Refunds, when issued, go back to your original payment method via Stripe. Timing depends on your card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
- We are a small operation and read every support email personally — you will hear back from a real person.
